Ran 1hr. with my body dictating how fast or slow. Ah yes. Another great run at a slow pace. This is amazing! I just ran almost 6 miles again and am not feeling any pain in my body. The only thing I noticed is a hot spot / blister starting to develop at the base of my left big toe. Through this run, I was practicing speeding up and slowing down. I focused on keeping my cadence high. Still need to work on going down hills. Downhill seems to be my weak point
