This was one of my better runs in a while. My goal was to run for 1hr straight. I set my garmin to show only time so I wasn't constalty obssesed with my pace. I let my body dictate how fast I went at any given time. I didn't want to stress myself. I concentrated on my form and cadence. I tried to conjure the feeling of running barefoot yesterday. There was a certain springyness in my gait. I think today's run was the begining of my form starting to change.

At the end of the run and had absolutley no pain! The only small thing I noticed was that a small blister had developed on the inside of my right big-toe. I think I was running with proper form today. I think I expereiciened the elastic recoil that I read about barefoot running. Since I have time to play around with my form, thats what I'll do. Working on my form will gradually make me go faster. Yes......great day.

The weather was beautiful. I had a little apprehension about running in my Sprints at first. I was afraid that I would end my run in pain.
