Notes

Good run. Longest run to date this cycle. Better times, though down hill sections seem to help with that. Hit a 13:15 on second lap, and 13:01 on fourth, both downhill. Ate before hand. Rainy. Jeans and button down shirt. E mailed with Sherpa John today. Moving to have times set up by week after next: M-off, T-1 hour, W-2 hours, Th- 1 hour, Fri-off, Sat-2-5 hours, Sun-2 hours maybe. That's 8-11 hours, good for ultra distances and the distance will increase as I get more fit. Ran on the asphalt for most of this run. Feel invigorated. Can't quite get the hr to stop jumping over MAF on hills. Will have to commit to no jogging on hills at all, even the smallest incline.
