changed to 12.0 (.95 = 1.0)
initial plan was to run first 6 miles at 5.7 mph and then last 6 miles at 6.0. I changed it to be the first 5 miles at 5.7 mph and 2nd 5 miles at 6.0 and then bumped up to 6.3 but then decided to keep getting faster and faster. I turned up the volume on MP3 player so i didnt hear the treadmill and just pushed hard...I felt really good that I could pick the pace up that fast and not be super tired...of course I only did fast for 1.5 miles or so but it was at the end of 12.
