plan was to run 10 easy miles at 8:45 pace (averaged 8:39 pace)
next 5 miles my big goal was 7:30 pace but realistically thought 7:45 pace since I had a hard 10 miles on Wednesday with 18 strides (ended up only at 7:50 pace)
last 2 miles easy pace...planned on 8:45 (was 8:34)
