miles 1,2,4 and 5 were all at 6.0 mph
mile 3 was at 7.5 mph
miles 2 and 3 weren't working too well with the footpod so I hit the lap button at 1.88 and 2.82 (assuming .94 miles = 1 mile)
at 4.7 on treadmill, gps watch showed 4.73 so I changed it here to 5.0
