Notes
1st mile was at 6.0
2nd mile was at 6.1
3rd mile was at 6.2
and all the way up to
9th mile was at 6.8
10th mile was at 6.9
footpod seemed to be working quite well except for mile 5, 8 and 10.
to keep consistent with a ..06/mile difference, I had to run a little bit farther...footpod had me at 10.08 so I changed here to 10.0 since I was at 9.4 on the treadmill.
