plan was to run first 10 miles at 8:50-9:00 pace and then speed up to 8:15 pace for last 10. I was hoping to run the 20 miles in 2:50.

first 10 miles were a bit faster and 2nd 10 miles were definitely slower. Ended up farily close to goal pace.
