21.47 on footpod but 20.0 on treadmill. tried to take it easy and only sped up .1 mph every 4 miles and then sped it up a little bit more the last few miles. I didn't eat before I ran and had no GU and wasn't sure how I'd do for 3+ hours on a treadmill but I figure it was good to be at a slower pace anyways since the marathon is in 3 weeks.
Every 60 minutes I had to turn off the treadmill and start it back up again so every 6th mile is probably off by a few seconds.
