I love 400s and this went really nice. I had a headwind on all of the interval efforts and that may have slowed me a second or two but it provided a much needed cooling breeze on an 80 degree day. All in all, a great workout.

Warm up + 8 x 1/4 mile R on the Blvd with 1/4 mile recoveries + cool down. 4 long strides on warm up.
