with 5x1min strides. I think. It might have been 4. I did them all around 6 pace I think, which is a little faster than I intended. Good thing, because I was like "I don't know if I could hold this for 6 miles" definitely could for a 5k though. Legs felt super bouncy from the start, which is really uncommon for me. So ready to race this weekend!
