800(T), 5X600'S ( CVx3, Ix2), 4X200'S (FAST)
Wowzers! Went into this a little too overconfident, but this workout definitely put me in my place and reminded me that not every workout will feel like a check in check out. I personally found it to be more difficult than the past workouts we had done at Red Cedar, but I was also feeling kinda rough anyway so that probably didn't help. We were sorta off on paces, but I feel like the effort was definitely there. Pack still stuck together like glue, I really do love how I can always rely on them to get me through. Really looking forward to packing up with them again on Friday for the tempo!
