Really solid day on the bike. Talked to Chapman and Spitz for a few minutes about everything. Chapman made fun of me for losing my ID. Spitz made fun of my inability to ask for help because I always think it's an inconvenience to them. Got attacked by the wind, the bugs, and the coaches today, #thriving. Got some wicked tan lines from the sun. Still grinded through though. Look at that <3 r8te though. Through the roof.
