feet hurting from yesterday and figured id switch my days for now since i dont know what im racing/if i am. If i knew for sure i was in the mile or just working out, i probably would just run through it. if im in the 3k though, i gotta prepare my body for that shit lol. hopefully tomorrow i know for sure. i love how chapman gave me the decision but when i said mile, he was like "you should think about the 3k" like wtf!!
