Shakeout aquajog with Carina. Ranted for the first ten minutes and then talked about fun stuff after. Had a really great conversation with her. Then afterwards, she taught me how to do a flip turn! (Well sort of lol, I still don’t have it perfectly down but we are going to work on it again). Needed some sort of accomplishment after today’s catastrophe. Much needed after a tough day.
