Good workout today! It was basically the same as last week, just one less 600.
I thought it would be an easy check in, check out, but honestly it felt a little rough. My body just feels drained and lethargic, and my legs felt really heavy. My legs just couldn't move the way I wanted them to. I have been trying to stay on top of recovery, but I think that last 5k really got to me. Hopefully I'll feel a little better later in the week.
Overall, still a solid day. It was absolutely gorgeous outside. The Strip finally lived up to it's name ;)
