I went into this with the expectation that this would be super duper hard (especially after XTraining last week) but it was actually pretty easy. It honestly got easier as it went on, the hardest part was probably the first two reps. Ran with Natalie and Riley (who lead our bombass pack to success). I just felt smooth and relaxed the whole time. The 150's actually were super fun, Riley was trying to catch me on the second one so I ran for my life, because that's what you do when you have a beautiful, speedy, strong, national track qualifier running hunting you down as if you were a little mouse in a house running away from a buff mom with a broom. I loved the higher volume and the changing of gears throughout the entirety of the workout. It was absolutely gorgeous outside and it was fun to cheer on everyone else doing their workouts too. Days like these remind me how endlessly thankful I am to be able to run workouts right now :') Definitely not something to be taken for granted. This gave me so much confidence and I know I am ready to throw down a redemption 10k whenever it is handed to me! #birthday10kpart2?
