This workout was okay. I had just spent 50 minutes crying an hour before this so I just felt really tired but I tried to fake it the best I could. I think Chapman could sort of tell because he said I looked like crap but I said I was dehydrated, which wasn't entirely a lie. One of the most stressful and embarrassing days of my life but I still had a good workout despite all that and addy and kelly were in good moods which always helps
