Did the Vermont workout today! LOVED my pack of Janelle, Natalie, Lexi, and Anna! We all worked super well together!

Even though my given paces were significantly faster than the last time, I was a lot closer to the paces this time and I felt surprisingly really strong the whole time! I was once again nervous for the 800, but my packmates were super encouraging and had a positive attitude the whole workout. This workout was successful because of them, def would've struggled wayyyyy more otherwise. I kept bumping into people and I was not listening very well and missed a few of the turns, but if that's the biggest downfall of the day, then I'll take it. Hopefully my pack isn't too annoyed by my lack of spatial awareness and deafness.

I was really surprised by how well I tackled the 200's. My sprinting has come a LOOOOOOOOONG way. I was notorious for my lack of foot speed in high school, I could never keep up during repeat 400's or 200's. Today, I felt like a total bada$$ out there. Still cruddy form, heard a few gals yell out "FORM!" *thank you whoever you are, I needed that reminder*. But overall, this workout was hard (a good hard) and a nice confidence booster.
