WU, 2x(600 @ T, 3x600 @ CV), CD
Decent workout with Jonathon. Didn't feel as sharp/smooth as I normally do but the second set was better. I accidentally pushed P on one of the reps and Jonathon stopped early on another rep. He is a great WO buddy but he's in charge of rest and never tells me when we go over lol, whatta dingo. Overall good day, nice to have a little shorter workout but for some reason felt sort of hard.
