Pretty alright workout. The hills still were the hardest part which is unfortunate but it makes sense since I wasn't really able to do them over the summer and I've been XTraining lots of Wednesdays. Worked with Trinity for the rest of the workout since we both had the B workout, she is a trooper for getting through the workout with her bad cold. Felt really good on the tempo and really really good on the track stuff, I think I could've gone a little faster on both probably. Still have some things to work on and polish up on, such as my hill game and not allowing outside stressors affect my running. Overall, it wasn't anything special but it went better than the last time and I did the whole thing so I'll take it.
