core factored into this, dont know why because I always do it separately but idk haha! Okay lift, sorta felt like I was just dinking around with shit at home, it's definitely better at Wartburg. But I did do some single leg calf raises instead of double leg because my staircase is really good for that so I have a feeling I will definitely feel that the most tomorrow.
