Aquajogged with Carl and Trinity (and Jordy, Jacob, and Mads in the other lane). Carl and I raced a few times- I lost.

I finally got her back for dunking me! She dunked me back though, but at least I didn't hack up a lung like I did last time.

We probably should've gone a little harder, we were going pretty slow. But we laughed...A LOT. And sometimes, you just need the kind of workouts that remind you why you came out for the sport in the first place; you have fun doing it!
