Solid check in, check out. Ran in the Sinister Six pack again which was fun, love them big packs! Took turns rotating, Lexi and I still have some pacing work to do but otherwise, it was pretty fantastic! Chapman keeps telling me that I'm over striding, I don't really know how to fix that? Also, I don't really know if I've always ran like that or if I've just been running different ever since I got injured. I think it's the latter, but my running form has always sucked tbh. He also said I'm like the girl Nick Henry and also that I'm not allowed to laugh anymore during the reps. I can't help the fact that I'm having fun! I'm not sure what's harder-fixing my form or not laughing anymore? Who would Shae be if she ran like a normal runner AND didn't laugh 24/7? Probably like 20x less weird but also 20x less fun in my opinion. Anyway, awesome day, especially since I didn't fall! Yippee!!! Happy Outfly Whackos! Go get some pancakes from IHOP!
