Easy Friday morning jog. I had PT yesterday and Todd had me do some of my exercises that I usually do at Lifetime: kettle bell swing squats, walking lunges, and single leg TRX squats. And since I haven't done those in such a long time with the injury and LT being closed, my glutes and upper hamstrings were super sore today. Kinda felt nice to be sore like that again, it'll be nice to get into LT again and get back into a structured strength routine. Other than the soreness today, felt pretty much fine. Finished with strides on 29th Street which felt pretty tight on the first couple, but loosened up as they went and just tried to be smooth and not worry about pace
