Notes

Easy RRP recovery jog. Very sore and tired when I woke up this morning but once I got moving on this run other than some solid quad soreness didn't feel too bad. HR during the run was low but RHR was 53 last night so still trending up... hopefully just from the race effort but will continue to monitor
