LR in Clear Lake with Kaylee along on the bike. Going into this I wasn't sure if I was gonna go the whole 20 after feeling under the weather the last few days. It was a little warm and humid but not awful. I didn't feel great either but just keeping the pace chill around 7:00 pace felt super easy so decided to do the full 20 and just try not to pick up the pace in the latter half like I usually do. Kinda failed at that, I was trying to keep the pace near 7 but I was just in the 6:40s without trying, so I guess that's good. Body felt generally meh but getting through this run was no issue. Had a regular Maurten gel at 6ish and then a caffeine one at 10ish, would have had another but it really didn't sound appetizing the last 5 miles lol
