Meh this was nothing special. I was assigned 9 reps, but once I got past like 5 reps decided I'd stop at 8 since I could tell I wasn't gonna be able to run any faster and was working pretty hard to maintain 68's. I just have no top end speed and since Indy got canceled I've kinda been eating like crap so that doesn't help. Idk, knocked it out and ran decent spits I guess. Glute felt pretty good running the faster paces and felt fine on the CD so that was encouraging too.

Normally I'd be pretty frustrated with how slow my fitness is coming back post injury, but 2020 is different and there just doesn't need to be any rush to get fit
