Another step in the right direction coming off the sickness. Did this at Gray's Lake, had Josh for the WU/CD but the hard effort was solo. I'm happy with how this went, even though the last couple were definitely harder than I would have liked. Just tried to stay smooth and get in a rhythm, even though the pace didn't feel very fast my legs were for sure getting tired from the volume stacking up as the workout went along. The 3rd one was a little faster than I was aiming for, so I made sure to dial it back on the last 2.
Didn't have to dig all that deep, and sub 5:30 pace felt easier today than sub 6 pace felt last Wednesday. The legs are definitely coming back.
2.5 weeks until hopefully running sub-5:10 pace at P2P, I think I'll be ready by then.
