Notes
Really good long run this morning, it was mid 60s and raining most of the run so it was nice weather to push it a little bit. Just wanted to keep it chill the first half then see how I felt the second half. Started feeling really good around mile 14 and kind of accidentally ran a sub 6 mile. Just decided to roll with it and I felt really easy until mile 22. The last two miles coming up out of Greenwood Park and up Grand were all up hill and those got a little tough with being so many miles deep but felt strong. Ran my last 10 miles in 57:40-ish and it felt easy, I needed one like this after the last couple weeks!
I had Kaylee on the bike which was nice, so I was able to take down half a bottle of Maurten 160 in addition to the Maurten gel I took at mile 10. Longest training run I've done and it felt v good
