AM recovery yog with Machoy. Super sore from the lifting and workout yesterday, the first time in a while I've felt like I needed to keep it chill to recover. I kinda missed that feeling, its satisfying. Got the miles in and now just need to get ready to go hard again tomorrow. Might hold off on a second lift until Thursday, we'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow morning
