On the treadmill, started at 13.2mph (4:32 pace) finished at 13.5mph (4:26 pace) @ 1.5% incline

Cold and poor footing outside so went on the treadmill for this one. Ended up getting about an extra 20 seconds of rest per rep due to waiting for treadmill to change speeds between reps and recoveries. Honestly this didn't feel too hard. The treadmill makes shorter reps like this pretty easy I think. I basically just had to turn off my brain and keep up with the treadmill for 34 seconds each rep which was not difficult. ~4:30 is probably about right for a mile right now so I'll take this
