Notes
Long run with Ian and Anthony. It was warm in the upper 70s and pretty humid but I felt really good on this actually. We ran pretty slow the 1st half, they were only going 12 and by the time I dropped them off I was itching to pick up the pace. Finished strong the last 5 miles, I didn't really feel like I was pushing until the last 2 miles and the heat really didn't get to me at all which was nice. I was glad to have Anthony and Ian for the first 12 though as I think I might have tried to push the pace a lot earlier which I don't think would have gone well in the conditions today
