Another warm and super humid morning. Got rolling on the 10min portion and settled in right in the low 5:30s and it felt fine. The 8 minute and 6 minute reps were definitely the hardest of the workout, I was cruising through each of them but then the last 2 minutes of each it started feeling super hard but I was able to get through. Then the 4 minute and 2 minute reps were hard but short enough that I didn't get to the point I was getting to in the 6 and 8 reps. Pretty happy with my splits given the tough conditions this morning
Left achilles was a little sore towards the end and after but has been getting better throughout the day, kinda normal thing for me lately
