10:30 (5:14, 5:16)

10:50 (5:20, 5:30)

10:41 (5:20, 5:21)

10:34 (5:17, 5:16) - treadmill

Interesting workout this morning. My legs were feeling pretty tired on the warmup but I figured that tiredness would go away once I got rolling, it didn't really go away. My goal going in was to run about 5:15 pace and I was right on it after the first set. The second one I could feel myself getting tired so just tried to run 5:20 pace but on the second half things fell apart and I ended up running 5:30. Switched to flats after the second and nailed the 3rd one. The basketball players were starting to get out of hand and weren't being too considerate about staying out of my way on the 3rd one so for the 4th one I went up to the treadmill for the last one. Started it at 5:21 pace and increased the pace periodically until I finished at 5:10 pace. Definitely didn't feel the best in this workout but I pushed through and got the work in and that's all that matters
