3 Mile Tempo plus 5x800m at goal race pace

3 Mile Tempo: 16:08 (5:22, 5:25, 5:20)

5x800m: 2:29, 2:30, 2:29, 2:29, 2:27

Pretty solid workout this morning for me. I was feeling really tired going into and during it, but I was still able to run a good workout. The tempo was kinda the norm, start with Rob and Will, then separate out but the gaps don't grow much after the initial separation, then the gaps accordian in and out. It's interesting how that seems to happen every tempo. I felt dead on the 800s but I didn't get dropped and I felt pretty relaxed so they were good. Being able to run workouts like this well on tires legs is a great sign right now, once I taper and am fresh it should be a lot of fun to see what I can do.
