Solid workout this morning inside Lied with Will. Was feeling decently tired and sore going into this, but once we got into the workout I ended up feeling pretty good. Got out a little quicker than we planned but it was feeling very manageable so just kept the pace rolling. If this workout would have been 3x3 miles I think it would have been much tougher, but the broken up final 3 miles made it a very encouraging and hard but not ridiculously difficult workout. 10.2 miles at ~5:34 pace is real nice
