Going in I wanted to run around 15:00 pace, ideally a bit faster. I kind of did feel a little anxious about this workout especially in during the WU and when I was doing strides just because I haven't run that fast in a while.

Got out well though and was running slightly faster than goal pace the first half. Idk what happened, the way up felt hard but definitely under control. Was feeling confident after I finished the mile that I'd be able to pick up the pace on the way down. Things just got really hard out of nowhere early in the second 1200 and I was struggling so just scratched the last two reps.

Not an awful day I guess, I got 5800m at a solid pace and I haven't run that fast for a while so I'll take it
