Solid race today, and about a 25 second pr. Definitely wanted to get out hard, but 4:54 was a little too hard I think. Got away from the field at the gun and it was just a solo effort the whole race. Averaged 5:15s over the middle 3 miles which was really good given I didn't really have anyone to key off or run with. Felt good to put myself out there and run a good time after how poorly griak went
