Easy after work double. Kept it chill and felt pretty good generally. Of course I rolled the same ankle as I did yesterday on an iffy footing portion of RRP. Rolled it worse today than yesterday and was definitely limping pretty good for about a quarter mile before the pain kinda went away. Sore now post run. Not too concerned about it but it's annoying
