5x1200m Tempo Intervals w/ 2:00 rest
Splits: 3:44, 3:41, 3:41, 3:38, 3:35
Last workout before Boston and it went well. It was pretty windy on the outdoor track but nothing I couldn't handle. The pace didn't feel super fast, but it was fast enough where I was glad I only had to run 1200m intervals, I'm happy with how I ran and felt. Now just short easy runs before going for 26.2 Monday!
