Oof. Same volume as last week, but replaced every 3rd and 4th 200 with a 400. That made the workout feel a lot tougher and made me be a bit more conservative on the 200s than last week. I really have no idea what kind of time I could run for a mile right now but idk 4:30 seems close I guess. The 200s were fast but over quick. The 400s felt super fast too and did not feel over quick at all. I really had to focus the last 200 of the 400s to keep pace. I'm happy with how it went and happy with my splits. Ran a little quick for mile pace but that's okay. It was also much colder today than last week so that might have made things feel a bit harder too
