Couldn't ask for any better weather for a run, 58 degrees, sunny, and no wind. Ran with Anthony, MacCoy, Ian, and Josh, hadn't seen Ian in such a long time so good to catch back up. Pretty sore from the workout / lift yesterday so it felt good to keep things slow today
