Heading to Ames for the 11am game so had to get up early for this one, out the door at 4:40am. It was dark out the whole run so had the headlamp and flashing clip on, did a couple loops through the hilly south of grand neighborhoods. It was good to get some good hilly miles although it was a little creepy with it still being so dark out. Headed back on Ingersoll and thank god for the price chopper gas station being open so I could drop about 5 pounds in their bathroom. Looped up by the Capitol to finish off a solid LR. Glad I got myself out of bed to get this done before the game
