Tough but solid workout this morning on the Lied indoor track. Ran the first set with Will, but he wasn't feeling great so the second set was solo. Not really much to say I guess. It wasn't anything spectacular, but obviously I got it in and it's obviously much quicker than when I did a similar workout in early January. Just keep getting the work in and race day will take care of itself
