First 6:30am workout with the club squad, got a sexy new training plan from Tim Ives so we can get #fast and #fit to shit on some #nirca #newbs this fall. Was a little iffy going into this workout how my body would feel, especially with the rain making the course a slop fest. Will and me kept it under control though and we got through it just fine, we probably could have gutted out a 6th mile but we were pretty satisfied and feeling it at that point so decided it was fine to just call it after 5. Pretty satisfied with this as a first workout back
