Nice morning for a workout. Jogged to Gray's lake and got rolling, wanted to start somewhere in the 5:20's and try to progress down from there, which I was able to do perfectly. The first 10 minutes felt pretty easy, the last couple miles I was working hard aerobically, but my legs felt fine running the pace. Not totally sure what that means, but I was definitely breathing harder than I would have liked
