4x2 mile tempo intervals w/ 2 min standing rest in Lied with Will

Wasn't really looking forward to this workout because of how tired and sore I had been feeling all week from the volume. Got into Lied and got the flats on and started rolling and it actually felt really easy and smooth. Will and I were side by side the first 3 intervals and I was feeling so smooth and easy. The last one I was planning to run around 10:20, but I accidentally got out quick and went through the first mile in 4:56 and it felt so easy. Just let it roll and the second mile of the last rep was where I started to feel a little fatigued, but it wasn't hard to keep the pace up and neg split it. Great workout this morning
