Treadmill workout

2x Mile, 3x 1km, 6x 400m, 90 seconds rest between everything

-40 wind chill outside, so treadmill workout this morning. Wanted to get the legs a little tired with some miles to start before doing some K's and 400's at faster paces. The miles felt harder than I would have liked, the K's felt fast but very manageable, and the 400s felt super freaking fast but they were over quick. Happy with how this one went, just another day of work
