5 mile progression

6:16, 6:02, 5:43, 5:27, 5:17

Goal was 6:15 -> 5:15 and managed that without too much trouble. Wasn't sure how my glute would feel on this, but it was pretty good. I could feel it a bit at the faster paces but it wasn't uncomfortable or painful. Once I started the CD I couldn't feel it at all, which is a good sign because usually when I've had issues like these in the past I've tightened up before starting the CD and that makes it quite uncomfortable, encouraged that that didn't happen today.

I was only prescribed 8 miles today and I was gonna run an 8 mile loop, but I realized during the progression that since I did a 2 mile WU the loop would make my last mile of the progression the Greenwood Park climb up to Grand, and I was not tryna do that today lol so I added a mile in Waterworks so I could finish the progression before I got to the climb
